Our Process

Meet

The first step in any project is a meeting. We’ll give you a demonstration of Salesforce, understand your business requirements and get the information we need to provide you with a proposal.

Proposal

It seems like some consultants just pull a number out of thin air and hope you accept. We don’t. We want to be your trusted Salesforce advisors for the life of your business so it’s important to start our relationship on the right foot. Our experienced consultants estimate the amount of effort required for your project and that’s the price we propose, no fat, no hidden fees.

Business Analysis

Now we get into the project proper and the first step is business analysis. Depending on the size and scope of your project, this step can range from a multi-day workshop culminating in formal documentation to a simple requirements gathering via phone or email to guide our development.

Configuration

Next, Salesforce is configured to your specifications. Think of Salesforce as a canvas and us as the painter. Sure, it’s a good-looking canvas but without some paint it’s just like every other canvas. We’ll change the information displayed, create automations for repetitive manual tasks, adjust the security and permissions and much more.

Custom Development

Not all projects require a custom development phase, Salesforce is extremely versatile and can cover most business use cases. If you need something unique, something that gives you a competitive advantage, we can custom develop a solution in Salesforce. We’re yet to find a problem we can’t solve.

Data Migration

You probably have a whole lot of data in other systems that you need in Salesforce. We work with you to extract the data from your old system, transform it into a format Salesforce can understand and import it into your new system. Your contacts, opportunities and more will be in Salesforce from day one.

Testing

Here’s where we truly excel. For every major enhancement we release, we go through three rounds of testing following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). First we start by testing the change in isolation (unit testing), next we test the change as part of your wider system (system testing) and finally we let you test the change in a sandbox environment (user acceptance testing). This gives you complete peace of mind so you know your critical business systems won’t break down.

Go Live

Going live with a new system doesn’t have to be a daunting experience. Training and communication is essential for business users and system administrators, testing needs to be thorough and your data migration needs to be accurate. We ensure this happens so that go live day is as smooth as possible but if a problem arises, we are always on hand to provide support.

Support

Our relationship doesn’t stop there, we are here to support you throughout your Salesforce journey. From login issues to minor enhancements, our support retainer will leave you with peace of mind and value for money - only pay for what you use. Remember, software is no longer a static proposition, Salesforce is updated three times a year. A support retainer will help you to make the most of new features.
