Do you sell Salesforce licenses?

No, you will purchase your Salesforce licences and products through Salesforce. Enrite will help you to implement, design and build the software to suit your unique needs.

How does your pricing system work?

We operate on a quote basis. We honestly estimate on a time and material basis to allow us flexibility in our pricing that in turn, allows you flexibility with your scope.

What is the typical time frame for a Salesforce implementation?

A typical Sales Cloud implementation averages 6-8 weeks. We also offer QuickStart packages that can take even less time. However, when taking on an investment like Salesforce, a product that can be customised to your unique needs, our philosophy is to take the time to set your organisation up for success.

Is there ongoing support and maintenance provided post-implementation?

We believe post-implementation support is vital for a successful adoption of Salesforce. You can choose how much time you want to allow for support, or you can choose one of our Customer Success packages after your initial implementation is complete.

Where are you based?

We’re a remote working organisation based in Australia. We have team members in Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, with the majority residing in South Australia.
