Enrite Solutions is a South Australian based organisation that develops software using Cloud Computing technology.

We use Salesforce.com, the leading Cloud Software Development Platform, to build CRM solutions and custom software applications for our clients.

Enrite Solutions implement products on the Salesforce platform that supports Disability, Aged Care and Mental Health. The software records client health information, care plans and provides powerful rostering capability. SA Government deployment of Salesforce

Enrite helped the SA Government adopt its first cloud based software development platform, commonly known as Platform as a Service.

The Department for Communities and Social Inclusion required a cloud platform that was flexible, secure, scalable and provided a rapid application development facility. We helped them undertake a security risk assessment, proof-of-concept, and gained endorsement at various levels of government. We developed more than 16 apps across 5 Salesforce Orgs servicing 1,600 users. We have since deployed Salesforce across ten SA government agencies. Click here to find out more

Lifetime Support Authority

The Lifetime Support Authority supports the provision of treatment, care and support for people who have sustained serious, lifelong disabilities as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

Enrite developed a Salesforce solution to support the management of participants on the scheme, including support client assessment, approvals, planning, contracts, invoicing and payment.

Enrite also deployed a Customer Portal providing an ability for customers to securely access their personal details, support plans and make requests. The Portal design supports Browser, Tablet and Smart Phone access.


Detmold is one of SA’s largest manufacturers with offices and factories in Indonesia, China, South Africa, Vietnam and the Philippines.

It has a global network that services APAC, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas. Detmold Group engaged Enrite Solutions to deploy Salesforce to:

  • Improve response times for providing quotes to customers
  • Provide better visibility of sales pipeline
  • Improve response times for client order enquiries and provide information on where they are at in the manufacturing/delivery process
  • Provide electronic self service mechanisms for customers and partners
  • Provide improved Lead and Opportunity nurturing.

Property Inspection App

Using the Salesforce SDK we developed an iPad App that enables Housing SA workers to record and manage property defects.

The App stores its data securely in offline mode to enable workers to inspect properties in rural and remote locations, and synchronise records to Salesforce when they have an Internet connection.

We developed a Web Portal for the SA Government that enabled people with severe disabilities to manage their support plans, lodge requests for payments, find disability service providers and provide feedback on the services they have received.

This Salesforce Portal allowed non-government organisations to submit invoices, and provided automated processing through to Shared Services.

This Salesforce Portal automated the processing of $90mill in government payments through Shared Services each year.

Patient Transport Subsidies

The Patient Assistance Transport Scheme (PATS) is a subsidy program that provides money to pay for travel costs for rural and remote South Australians to attend medical appointments.

Enrite deployed a Salesforce solution to support:

  • Online claiming for fees
  • Submission of receipts using a smart phone’s camera
  • Electronic approval by General Practitioners and Health Specialists;
  • Automated payment via integration to government financial systems.

On the Right Track

Enrite developed a Case Management system to assist indigenous case-workers located in remote communities assist people to obtain their drivers licence. Enrite developed a Mobile App that capture information in offline mode whilst case workers worked in APY lands and other remote communities, and synchronised with Salesforce on return to base.
