

We implemented Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud to unify AIGI’s core operations. This included:
To reduce manual data entry and improve the accuracy of incoming information, we set up a contact form in Formstack, and integrated Formstack with Salesforce.
We connected Salesforce with Microsoft Outlook so staff could track emails and calendar interactions directly from their inbox. This streamlined communication management and improved visibility across stakeholders.
Following implementation, Enrite continues to support AIGI with ongoing Client Success services, such as providing training, best practice advice, enhancement projects, and Salesforce admin support, as their processes evolve.

With Salesforce in place, The Australian Indigenous Governance Institute experienced meaningful improvements in their program management and overall operations.
