Our Story
Cast your mind back to 2009, two IT professionals with over 30 years of experience were growing increasingly disenchanted with the profession. As the complexity of business information systems increased, so too did the complexity of the software development environment. Consultants and developers were still using ‘old-school’ tools while trying to design modern systems. It was hard work in the tech world.
The founders of Enrite landed a contract with the State Government to develop Case Management capability for Aged Care and Disability services. They discovered Salesforce.com and instantly fell in love. No longer did they have to manage multiple system layers, no longer did they have to write thousands of lines of code, they could design a system with clicks, instead of code. And so, Enrite was born.
Why Salesforce
It seems mundane to us now but Salesforce and cloud computing truly revolutionised the industry. Salesforce has continued to grow and evolve over its 20+ year life. It leads the business software industry in CRM, cloud software development, digital marketing and more. They are continuing to enhance the platform with artificial intelligence, computer vision, internet of things and blockchain while maintaining their seat atop the business software throne.
Salesforce also comes with a full development toolbox plus a powerful and a flexible configuration engine. What does that mean? It means projects can be delivered faster, it enables rapid prototyping, less code and fewer bugs. It means project sponsors are happy, business users enjoy using it and technical users can customise it to their heart’s content.
How We Help
Enrite is a software development consultancy exclusively using Salesforce. Enrite developed a number of CRM solutions for government agencies, whilst expanding our experience to not-for-profit and commercial organisations. We understand that business information systems are often as complex as the business itself.
We are here to help government agencies and not-for-profits automate their processes so tax dollars and donations are better spent. We help commercial clients achieve revenue growth and reduce the cost of sales by streamlining B2B and B2C transactions.
Who We Help
Although we started working with the public sector, we have extensive experience with not-for-profits and dozens of commercial clients. We have worked across a wide range of industries including: construction, consulting, education, energy, finance, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, technology and transportation. Our range of services supports allows us to work with organisations as small as two employees all the way up to large organisations with 500+ employees.
Enrite gives back to the community through donations to Variety - The Children’s Charity, the Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride for Men’s Health and the South Australian Country Fire Service. We also provide discounted hourly rates to not-for-profit organisations.
Our Team
The team has grown significantly since the early days, with 20 staff members operating across Australia and over 100 years of cumulative Salesforce experience under our belt. Our skills range from software engineering to configuration, business analysis to technical architecture as well as project and account management.
We pride ourselves on our highly skilled team, and place an emphasis on face to face interactions and relationship building and will do so whenever resources permit. Although most of our staff are based in Adelaide, South Australia, we have clients across the country and travel regularly to see them.
